What you'll do

• Manage daily construction operations and adherence to specifications and regulations
• coordinate communication among owners, design teams, and contractors
• review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders
• maintain project records
• conduct site visits to monitor schedule progress and quality
• ensure compliance with applicable standards, FEMA guidelines, and municipal codes
• mentor project teams and contribute to company-wide best practices.
