What you'll do

• Design and implement fundraising strategy
• identify and secure funding opportunities
• manage donor relationships and performance metrics
• lead grant proposals, concept notes, and pitch decks
• coordinate proposals with Programs, Finance, MCE, and Communications
• ensure proposal compliance and timely submission
• build corporate and institutional partnerships
• represent Jivika at forums and events
• oversee donor reporting and CRM tracking
• coordinate fund-use compliance with Finance
• lead and develop the fundraising team.
