What you'll do

• Conduct confidential, gender-responsive, trauma-informed assessments
• collaborate with consumers and clinical team members
• consult with referral sources
• gather referral and collateral information
• refer consumers to appropriate programs
• support wellness and coping skills
• maintain clinical records
• participate in meetings and training
• provide psychoeducational groups as needed.
