The Special Education Teacher (K-12) is an onsite role based in Indianola, WA. Compensation is $65,000 - $95,000 per year, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, supporting the ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education program. This role exists to lead the instructional process for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The teacher designs personalized learning experiences, delivers targeted instruction, and manages student caseloads to support diverse educational and behavioral needs.
