What you'll do

• Lead and develop RF, FPGA/firmware, electrical, mechanical, CAD, and component engineering teams
• guide new product development and sustaining engineering
• oversee hardware architecture, design reviews, and verification
• manage component selection and obsolescence
• partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, customers, and regulatory agencies.
