What you'll do

• Sell exhibit space and pursue new exhibitor opportunities
• maintain exhibitor and sponsor relationships
• research potential exhibitors
• coordinate exhibit contracts, paperwork, invoices, and deadlines
• manage on-site exhibitor activity at the Annual Conference
• maintain exhibitor records and use exhibitor management software
• oversee sales materials and proposals
• collaborate with the Exhibits Director and Strategic Partnership team.
