What you'll do

• Assist in kitchen and dining room areas

• help maintain clean, safe, and sanitary conditions
• follow cleaning schedules and food storage practices
• clean and set dining areas, bus tables, and assist wait staff
• support special events, banquets, and theme meals
• attend pre-meal stand-up meetings.
