Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff
• prioritize work and evaluate performance
• coordinate unit turns and move-in schedules
• perform and schedule repairs
• manage service requests in Yardi
• coordinate vendors
• maintain budgets and supply inventory
• oversee preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, and other systems
• conduct inspections
• maintain common areas and grounds
• respond to resident concerns
• provide safety training
• participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to emergency calls.
