Construction Manager, Owner’s Representative

What you'll do

• Represent the owner onsite during construction
• oversee General Contractor field activities
• monitor safety, quality, schedule, progress, and contractor performance
• support resolution of RFIs and submittals
• identify risks and schedule impacts with the project team
• coordinate owner-furnished equipment delivery, storage, and installation
• track the master schedule with the owner’s scheduler
• liaise among engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
• prepare and present client updates.
