Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic building and grounds repairs
• handle general office maintenance
• communicate and negotiate with vendors
• order and restock supplies
• maintain equipment to factory specifications
• assist with minor painting, drywall, installations, and office relocations
• assist employees with fleet maintenance
• maintain a safe work environment.
