What you'll do

• Support individuals in choosing and learning skills
• follow and document support plans, goals, activities, and progress
• assist with daily living and personal support
• facilitate community connections and assigned day-support or employment services
• support health, nutrition, medication, and meal needs
• maintain safe and sanitary environments
• use positive behavior techniques
• respond to emergencies
• protect confidentiality and financial well-being
• complete required records and training.
