• Design and maintain career pathways and progression frameworks
• develop role-specific competency models, skills matrices, and assessments
• identify skill gaps and recommend development plans
• design and manage internal certification programs and track progress and renewals
• monitor workforce readiness metrics, analyze trends, report to leadership, and improve programs using performance and employee feedback.
