What you'll do

• Supervise quality technicians and operations personnel
• oversee team performance and provide feedback
• assess competency and reinforce quality procedures
• ensure line quality metrics are met
• lead the Material Review Board and disposition of nonconforming material
• support incoming inspection, QC cross-training, plant training, daily in-process quality support, QC lab, and color management.
