What you'll do

• Provide customer service and quality products
• maintain store operations during the shift and communicate pertinent information
• monitor production efficiency and uphold company standards and procedures
• assist with training and coaching team members
• prioritize and delegate baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning tasks
• work alongside the Cookie Crew
• maintain a safe and clean environment and follow safe food handling practices
• manage cash handling and deposits.
