What you'll do

• Serve as an onsite HR partner to plant leadership and coordinate with division and corporate HR
• advise supervisors and managers on employee relations
• coordinate recruiting and staffing
• manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits orientation, claims, and documentation
• assist employees with benefits questions and forms
• maintain job descriptions and HR records
• support HR projects and continuous improvement
• as assigned, coordinate safety programs, audits, investigations, training, records, and meetings.
