What you'll do
- Serve meals and assist residents during mealtimes
- accompany residents on shopping trips
- assist staff with therapeutic activities
- redirect disruptive residents to prevent injury
- observe and document resident behaviors
- assist with activities of daily living
- administer prescribed medications and record weights and vital signs with RN delegation
- participate in activities and socials
- follow service plans
- report and document emergencies
- attend required training and in-service meetings.
