What you'll do

• Provide engineering solutions for various and unique problem sets and customers in a government software hosting facility.
• Deploy and maintain physical and virtual hardware infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance and configuration changes.
• Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Deploy and maintain software applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Secure information systems and applications.
• Maintain configuration and security posture of information systems.
• Participate in project planning using Agile methodology.
• Provide networking support.
