What you'll do

• Support a positive classroom environment
• greet children and families
• assist with developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavior plans as directed
• help plan and implement curriculum and programs
• communicate with families and staff
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
