What you'll do

• Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• develop HR policies and initiatives
• advise supervisors and staff
• oversee audits, personnel records, HRIS data, compensation and benefits, engagement, retention, and professional development
• supervise HR staff
• collaborate on workforce planning
• oversee credentialing and privileging
• represent the organization at recruitment events.
