Venue Manager — Youth Sports

The Venue Manager — Youth Sports role is onsite at assigned venues in the St. Louis and St. Charles County areas of Missouri. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. i9 Sports runs youth leagues, camps, and clinics and aims to help children succeed through sports, emphasizing fun, safety, convenience, and sportsmanship.

What you'll do

• Lead game-day operations, prepare and break down fields or courts, supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches, keep programs safe and on schedule, maintain equipment and venue areas, serve players and families, coach and provide feedback to staff, and complete game-day reports.
• Assist with on-field instruction, coaching support, and officiating when needed.

Why this role

This is a weekend-only position: availability is required Saturdays approximately 7 a.m.–1 p.m. and Sundays approximately 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Weekend availability is needed for approximately six to seven weeks per season.
