Residential Aide — Addiction Treatment

What you'll do

• Monitor clients and conduct rounds
• ensure the daily program schedule is followed
• assist with intakes and room searches
• monitor mealtimes
• observe and document medication acceptance or refusal
• monitor supervised urinalysis as scheduled or needed
• communicate client concerns and behavioral issues
• provide written and verbal shift handoffs
• attend scheduled team meetings
• and maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA practices.
