What you'll do

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• maintain dishwashing, kitchen, and service areas
• operate cleaning equipment safely
• put away clean items and supplies
• remove trash and recycling
• follow food-safety and workplace-safety procedures
• assist kitchen staff with cleaning and other tasks as needed.
