• Supervise receiving, ticketing, labeling, and staging
• train, coach, and provide feedback to associates
• ensure timely and accurate ticketing, staging, and shipping
• communicate shipment status and issues to store and rodeo teams
• enforce procedures and safety protocols
• manage scheduling, workload, and shift coverage
• track productivity
• coordinate with inventory control, receiving, put-away, and outbound teams.
