Director of Engineering — Hotel Operations

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the Engineering team
• participate in hiring, training, development, and performance management
• handle maintenance requests
• monitor energy, labor, inventory, and department budgets
• perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• conduct property walks
• follow up on alarms and safety concerns
• support pool and spa health-code requirements
• maintain key control
• coordinate fire safety inspections and drills
• chair Safety Committee meetings.
