What you'll do

• Train and coach donation-center team members
• complete on-the-job training and orientation checklists
• visit sites to inspect image, attire, supplies, equipment, donor greeting, loss prevention, and schedules
• open and close centers as needed
• assign duties and support site operations
• greet donors, unload and categorize donations, maintain counts, and provide receipts
• maintain site standards and supplies
• deliver and pick up trailers
• support sustainability projects as needed
• assist with safety, inspections, reports, and feedback.
