Description
Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses and needs. Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Recommends and documents nutrition treatment findings and plans in the patient's medical record. Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings.
