What you'll do

• Ensure quality standards are met
• complete HACCP, SSOP, and department paperwork
• support GMPs and SSOPs and follow up on deficiencies
• conduct inspections and audits
• ensure equipment calibration and documentation
• coordinate laboratory samples
• train and assist QA technicians
• review labels and product information
• track quality data
• perform lab testing
• support root-cause investigations and internal audits
• act as backup SQF practitioner.
