The coordinator supports Apex’s nationwide Marketing & Proposals team, with emphasis on projects in Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. The role develops and coordinates proposals and marketing materials to support business development. It contributes to pursuit efforts by organizing proposal work, producing compelling materials, maintaining marketing quality and CRM data, and supporting occasional events and client deliveries.

What you'll do

• Retrieve and track requests for proposals and qualifications
• assist with go/no-go discussions
• lead proposal outline preparation and kickoff discussions
• develop qualifications, proposals, and presentations through layout, writing, and coordination
• update project profiles, resumes, and client references
• produce proposals in person as needed
• travel to client locations to deliver proposals as needed
• support special events and trade shows on occasion
• proofread and review marketing materials for aesthetics and compliance
• update CRM systems and databases
• perform other marketing tasks as needed.
