Job overview

The Mental Health Therapist role is based in Vista, CA, with services delivered in schools, clinic sites, and via Zoom. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, depending on therapist level and experience. Lifeline Community Services’ mission is to build self-reliance among youth, individuals, and families through accessible community-based services. The therapist provides assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and case management to youth up to age 20 and their families. The role contributes to clients’ goals through culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care and coordination with families and other professionals.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and complete treatment plans
• provide individual, family, and group counseling
• coordinate cases with other professionals
• provide crisis management consultation and education
• participate in weekly individual and group supervision
• participate in quality assurance reviews and maintain county documentation standards.
