What you'll do

• Inspect the property and identify maintenance needs
• prioritize and monitor service requests
• assist with repairs as needed
• lead, supervise, and train maintenance staff
• manage preventive maintenance
• coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities
• maintain inventory and equipment
• direct maintenance and repairs during unit turns
• supervise vendors and contractors
• conduct safety inspections
• participate in the on-call emergency rotation.
