Automotive Technician

The Automotive Technician role is onsite in Layton, UT. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. The technician joins the service team at Young Kia, part of the Young Automotive Group. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains vehicles, including routine maintenance and work involving hybrid and electric vehicle systems. Quality repairs and collaboration with teammates support safe, efficient service and a strong customer experience.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair a range of vehicle makes and models using diagnostic tools
• perform oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• work with modern automotive systems, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology
• ensure repairs meet industry and safety standards
• collaborate with team members to support workflow and customer experience.
