What you'll do

• Underwrite SBA 7(a) and 504 loan requests under SBA SOP and bank credit policy
• analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and collateral
• prepare credit memoranda with cash flow analysis, risk ratings, and recommended structures
• partner with business development officers to screen and structure deals
• coordinate with closing and servicing teams
• support eligibility reviews and compliance
• contribute to process and turnaround improvements.
