What you'll do

• Take orders and collect patient demographic, medical, therapy, and insurance information
• process retail transactions and maintain retail inventory when applicable
• coordinate equipment and supply delivery, setup, and pickup
• communicate updates and service changes to customers and referral sources
• participate in the weekly on-call rotation after completing training requirements
• prepare and manage billing and collections documentation.
