It helps development teams identify reliability issues early, resolve root causes, and build repeatable incident response and resilience practices.

What you'll do

• Establish SRE frameworks, production standards, service-level objectives, and error budgets
• design an engineer rotation model
• instrument product components for availability, throughput, performance, and quality using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana
• investigate root causes and deliver resilience fixes through pull requests
• recommend observability and self-healing tools
• establish incident response and post-incident learning practices
• develop a roadmap for automated investigation, remediation, and AI-assisted resilience fixes
• mentor engineers and partner with security and privacy stakeholders.
