What you'll do

• Own complex cases across FRONTSTEPS Manager, Caliber, payments, and integrations through confirmed resolution
• investigate with SQL, API debugging, and accounting-level analysis
• document bugs and customer updates
• lead queue prioritization and case housekeeping
• analyze trends and track root-cause fixes
• use AI and automation to improve research, documentation, reporting, and workflows
• mentor Tier 1, Tier 2, and BPO teams
• create knowledge base articles and response materials
• partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
