What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates with the Seasonal Area Manager
• lead daily store operations
• meet sales and performance targets
• train and coach associates
• execute merchandising and inventory practices
• maintain loss prevention, safety, and policy compliance
• report performance and employee-relations issues
• report workplace injuries
• and visit the store on short notice as needed. Must be available for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
