First-Shift Production Worker

The First-Shift Production Worker role is onsite in Shenandoah, IA. Compensation is $22.30 per hour. The position supports Pella Corporation’s assembly team in constructing windows and doors. What you'll do

• Perform multiple assembly duties for windows and doors
• learn and rotate among three or more responsibilities or positions
• operate tools and equipment according to production orders
• meet takt-time, productivity, accuracy, and quality goals
• follow safety and quality procedures
• perform Total Productive Maintenance duties
• maintain housekeeping
• work mandatory overtime when business needs require.
