What you'll do

• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members

• write schedules within budget guidelines
• optimize sales and costs
• oversee theater, food, beverage, equipment, and property operations
• maintain guest experience, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
• execute events
• monitor risk management and responsible alcohol service
• complete financial and personnel administration
• perform opening, mid, and closing duties.
