The Morning Shift AM Bistro Attendant role is onsite in Bethlehem, PA, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. The Courtyard Bethlehem Bistro supports hotel guests with breakfast food and beverage service and guest assistance. The attendant prepares and serves breakfast, processes purchases, and maintains a clean, stocked, welcoming Bistro while coordinating with hotel teams to support a positive guest experience.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide customer service
• prepare and serve breakfast food and beverages to Marriott brand standards
• operate Toast POS and process cash, card, mobile, and room-charge transactions
• reconcile sales as required
• maintain cleanliness and stock
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• monitor food quality and presentation
• assist guests with menu selections
• receive and organize deliveries
• coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping
• set up and break down breakfast service
• perform light cleaning and assist other hotel areas as needed.
