Senior Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead low- and moderate-complexity projects and support highly complex projects
• define scope, objectives, and systems for business processes
• conduct research and fact-finding
• recommend process improvement and re-engineering approaches
• develop and analyze business, data, and enterprise models
• facilitate interviews, training, and knowledge transfer
• perform requirements elicitation and management, process modeling, feasibility analysis, and cost-benefit analysis
• support screen mockups, stakeholder signoff, project backlogs, and Scrum ceremonies.
