What you'll do

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in
• escort customers to the waiting area or shuttle as needed
• provide vehicle-status updates
• drive and park vehicles in designated areas
• coordinate vehicle movement with service advisors and technicians
• clean and vacuum vehicles
• maintain service and waiting areas
• retrieve parts, tools, and equipment
• organize service supplies and assist with deliveries and stocking.
