What you'll do

• Supervise social services staff and case management
• provide case coverage when requested
• respond to Department of Homeless Services inquiries
• ensure contractual and reporting requirements are met
• monitor cases and service timeliness
• conduct case-review audits and develop corrective action plans
• ensure screening and evaluation for potential entitlements
• train case-management staff
• maintain a safe environment and support residents’ progress toward housing or independent living.
