Job overview

The Assembler II – Composite Paint and Assembly role is onsite in Englewood, CO. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. CPI’s composite structures division designs, manufactures, tests, and supports products for aerospace, defense, naval, and commercial industries. The assembler prepares materials and performs paint, layup, tooling, and mechanical assembly work to help produce composite structures. The work supports products such as radomes and other structures used in communications and radar systems.

What you'll do

• Prepare molds and materials for composite layups
• perform composite paint, layup, and tooling using carbon fiber and other materials
• complete basic mechanical assembly using hand tools and measuring equipment
• follow manufacturing plans and safety requirements.
