The Patient Service Representative, Heart and Vascular Center role is onsite in Ithaca, NY. Pay is $18.50–$23.00 per hour. The role supports the Cayuga Heart and Vascular Center’s multidisciplinary team providing inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular services.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with outpatient clinics to schedule cardiac testing and invasive cardiovascular procedures. Work with outpatient and inpatient services to verify patient demographics, procedure orders, and authorizations
• reconcile provider and procedural-unit schedules and verify block utilization
• organize patient charts and office supplies
• and manage the department front desk for incoming outpatients and provider requests.
