What you'll do

• Work with the kitchen team and follow company procedures and food safety policies
• prepare workstations, ingredients, and equipment
• prepare ingredients according to recipes
• steam vegetables and perform basic cooking tasks
• label, cover, store, and rotate ingredients
• monitor food levels and restock
• clean utensils and equipment
• record end-of-shift stock levels
• remove trash and clear storage bins.
