Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate role is onsite in Peterborough, NH. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour based on experience. The role supports Microspec’s sales team and coordinates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service while building knowledge of medical plastic extrusion products and processes. The associate responds to customer requests, helps prepare quotations, coordinates orders and samples, and maintains sales records. This work supports timely customer communication and organized sales operations.

What you'll do

• Respond to requests for information, samples, and quotations
• clarify missing customer information
• research pricing
• draft quote requests
• maintain quote and purchase-order files and logs
• screen sales calls
• follow up on quotes
• coordinate sample requests and shipments
• track sales KPIs
• support data collection and customer service
• cross-train in Customer Service.
