Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager role is onsite in Chantilly, VA, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Compensation is not specified. The manager oversees day-to-day accounting operations, leads the regional accounting team, and provides financial analysis to the General Manager. The role supports accurate reporting, cost control, compliance, and informed project and operational decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead project accounting and job-costing efforts
• supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• coordinate month-end close and review financial reports with the corporate office
• report job margins and equipment and labor utilization
• monitor equipment rental costs and overtime
• work with project managers on project data needs
• oversee quote-to-invoice processes and training
• perform variance analysis
• track leases and vendor contracts
• review customer contracts and lien waivers.
