What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate repossession of heavy equipment assets from defaulted accounts across sites or regions
• manage relationships with repossession agents, transport providers, and storage facilities
• ensure activities comply with applicable laws, including UCC and lien enforcement regulations
• collaborate with legal, credit, and collections teams on documentation and enforcement actions
• maintain asset tracking systems and recovery reports
• inspect recovered equipment and assess condition and resale or redeployment value
• coordinate repairs and readiness for resale
• maintain records of recovery activities, costs, and outcomes
• travel frequently within the assigned region to support field operations.
