Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping and Receiving Associate role is onsite in South Beloit, IL. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, and the stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. The associate handles incoming hardware and outgoing orders, prepares and cleans devices, verifies accessories, and updates inventory records. Accurate processing and organized shipping stations help keep warehouse fulfillment moving and protect technology items in transit.

What you'll do

• Receive and inspect deliveries
• log shipments
• unload palletized inventory and move assets for processing
• package technology items securely
• clean and detail devices
• test chargers, cables, and accessories
• use internal ERP software to tag assets, record serial numbers, and update inventory stages
• maintain stocked, clean, and organized shipping stations.
