This role is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of individual donors capable of contributing $5,000 or more annually. The Officer will develop customized engagement strategies, cultivate long-term relationships, and mobilize philanthropic support, particularly during critical disaster response periods, to ensure the organization meets its revenue goals.

What you'll do

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors at the $5,000+ level.
• Develop and execute customized solicitation strategies.
• Manage a disciplined portfolio of prospects.
• Collaborate with leadership to create fundraising plans.
• Mobilize donors during disaster relief efforts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
